The Food Packaging Division of the Pezzutti Group was founded in the 1990s with the study, development and production of food packaging in collaboration with the major companies in the ice cream sector, both at a national and European level.

Our R&D office, with thirty years of expertise in the food packaging sector, takes care of the study and design development of new customized product concepts using advanced virtual analysis and mold flow methods including the creation of rapid prototyping samples
We protect our know-how and the strategic market position of our customers through the registration of patents.

Our internal workshop produces the molds and guarantees operational support for their maintenance.

The fleet of machinery, dedicated exclusively to Food Packaging, is made up of injection presses from 160Ton to 650Ton, many of which are of the latest generation full electric. The food packaging is made by injection molding of food-grade polypropylene, a 100% recyclable material.
Always attentive to the principles of environmental sustainability, resource conservation and circular economy, we have obtained the ISCC Plus certification (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification).

We offer an integrated logistics service with a storage space equal to 8,000 pallets moved through the FIFO (First In First Out) system. The pallets of the finished product are uniquely identified and are managed through the company IT system which guarantees their traceability.
